Acetate claws are cut from sheet: regular shapes use existing cutting dies at no charge; only special shapes need a new die, quoted per design.
Every spring is tension-tested by hand; each order gets a 100% visual check plus AQL 2.5 inspection, and customer or third-party inspection is welcome.
Our design and sampling team turns your idea into a sample: simple logo placement is free; 3D renders and full product design are quoted.
Production in Dongguan, China, with spring testing, polishing and packing checked before every shipment. Site visits and live video walk-throughs are welcome.
