Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are an OEM & private label hair accessories manufacturer — Dongguan JunYi Beauty Technology Co., Ltd., with 25+ years of experience. Production is in Dongguan, China, under ISO 9001 certified and amfori BSCI audited systems; every spring is tension-tested by hand and every order gets a 100% visual check plus AQL 2.5 inspection. You are welcome to visit the production site or book a live video walk-through before you order.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples of regular styles are free and ship within 3 days — you only cover the courier cost. Custom samples (your material, colour, spring/hardware and logo) take 15–20 days for acetate and carry a small sampling fee quoted per design. No bulk order commitment is required to request a sample.

What customisation options are available for hair clips?

Customisation covers every element of the product: clip material (Cellulose Acetate / ABS / Metal / Acrylic), clip style (claw clips / snap clips / alligator clips / banana clips), colour (full Pantone matching on body and hardware components), logo method (laser engraving / pad printing / hot stamping / UV digital) and retail packaging (transparent bag / colour box / custom backer card). We hold 2,000+ ready-to-use molds to minimise tooling cost, and we also support fully custom mold development for unique silhouettes.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product type and material. MOQ applies per design and per colour: acetate claw clips and accessories — from 500 pcs; plastic (ABS) clips — 1,000 pcs for an existing style and 10,000 pcs for a custom design; metal and other materials are quoted by style. If you are launching a new product line and need to trial smaller quantities first, contact us with your brief — we assess flexibility based on the product and your requirements. There is no MOQ for samples.

How long does bulk production take?

Custom acetate sampling takes 15–20 days from confirmation of your specification. Once the sample is approved and deposit received, acetate bulk production takes 30–45 days. Acetate clips are cut from sheet, so no injection mould is needed: regular shapes use existing cutting dies at no charge; special shapes need a new die, quoted per design. Plastic clips that need a new steel mould take 45+ days for tooling (from about US$6,000). We confirm the production and delivery schedule before any order proceeds.

What certifications and compliance documents do you provide?

Production is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), BRCGS (required for UK retail chains), amfori BSCI (social responsibility, required by European buyers) and GRS 4.0 (Global Recycled Standard for eco-conscious brands). Every bulk order ships with a pre-shipment inspection report, material safety data sheets and full packing documentation. Certificate copies are available on request at any stage of enquiry.
