Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a 100% manufacturing factory — Dongguan JunYi Beauty Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1999 and based in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We do not resell or subcontract production. All hair brushes, combs and accessories are designed, tooled and manufactured entirely in-house across our three production facilities. You can verify our factory status through our ISO 9001, BRCGS and amfori BSCI certifications, all issued by independent third-party auditors.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes — we offer free pre-production samples for buyers evaluating our factory. Samples are prepared within 5–7 working days from confirmation of your specification (material, colour, bristle type and logo requirements). You only cover the courier cost to your location. No bulk order commitment is required to request a sample — we want you to be confident in the quality before you commit.

What customisation options are available for hair brushes?

Customisation covers every element of the product: brush body material (ABS / PP / TPE / wood / coconut shell), bristle type (nylon / boar bristle / metal pins / epoxy resin head), colour (full Pantone matching on body and bristles), logo method (pad printing / hot stamping / UV digital / laser engraving) and retail packaging (transparent bag / colour box / custom sleeve). We hold 2,000+ ready-to-use molds to minimise tooling cost, and we also support fully custom mold development for unique silhouettes.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product type and material. As a general guide: acetate brushes and accessories — from 300–500 pcs per SKU; ABS / PP brushes — from 500–1,000 pcs per SKU. If you are launching a new product line and need to trial smaller quantities first, contact us with your brief — we assess flexibility based on the product and your requirements. There is no MOQ for samples.

How long does bulk production take?

Sampling takes 5–7 working days from confirmation of your specification — covering material, colour, bristle type and logo requirements. Once the sample is approved and deposit received, bulk production lead time is 25–30 working days. If your order requires new custom mold development, allow a minimum of 35 days for tooling — sampling begins after the mold is completed. We provide a confirmed production and delivery schedule before any order proceeds.

What certifications and compliance documents do you provide?

Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), BRCGS (required for UK retail chains), amfori BSCI (social responsibility, required by European buyers) and GRS 4.0 (Global Recycled Standard for eco-conscious brands). Every bulk order ships with a pre-shipment inspection report, material safety data sheets and full packing documentation. Certificate copies are available on request at any stage of enquiry.
