For combs, it varies by product, typically ranging between 1,000 and 3,000 pieces. For electric hair care appliances, such as hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, and blow-dry brushes, the MOQ is generally 1,000 units. However, if price sensitivity is less of a concern, we can accommodate orders as low as 500 units.
Can I visit your factory?

Typically, we offer customization for color, logo, and surface finishing techniques. However, the customizable parts may vary by product. For detailed options, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
New product development?
Absolutely! Just provide a 3D model or flat design of the product, and our engineers will handle the structural design. Once the sample is approved, we proceed to the mold-making stage, typically completed within 35 days. The mold cost is initially covered by you, but these fees can be refunded once a specific order quantity is met, which varies by product. For more detailed assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
Can I have custom packaging?
Yes, we support custom packaging through our partner packaging factory, which can accommodate a variety of packaging styles. Alternatively, you can supply your own packaging, and we will assemble it for a small handling fee based on the packaging complexity.

How about the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the dimensions, weight, and quantity of shipping cartons after the products are packed. You can choose to use our shipping service or work with your own freight forwarder.
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer express shipping, sea freight, and air freight. The specific shipping method can be adjusted based on your preference.
When will the samples be shipped?
If you’re using our design, samples will be sent immediately after your confirmation. For custom-designed samples, they will be shipped once production is complete, typically within 7–10 days.
