We are an OEM & private label hair brush manufacturer — Dongguan JunYi Beauty Technology Co., Ltd., with 25+ years of brush-making experience. Your brushes are made on one 8,000 m² site in Liaobu, Dongguan: on-site mould room, 15 injection machines, 35 tufting machines, painting and packing lines, and 150+ people. Yes. Stock samples of regular styles are free and ship within 3 days — you only cover the courier cost. Custom samples (your material, colour, bristle type and logo) take 10–20 days (wood & bamboo 10–15, acetate and existing injection moulds 15–20) and carry a small sampling fee quoted per design. No bulk order commitment is required to request a sample.

Customisation covers every element of the product: brush body material (ABS / PP / TPE / wood / coconut shell), bristle type (nylon / boar bristle / metal pins / epoxy resin head), colour (full Pantone matching on body and bristles), logo method (pad printing / hot stamping / UV digital / laser engraving) and retail packaging (transparent bag / colour box / custom sleeve). We hold 2,000+ ready-to-use molds to minimise tooling cost, and we also support fully custom mold development for unique silhouettes.

MOQ depends on the product type and material. MOQ applies per design and per colour: acetate, wood and bamboo brushes — from 1,000 pcs; plastic (ABS / PP) injection brushes — 1,000 pcs for an existing style and 10,000 pcs for a custom design. If you are launching a new product line and need to trial smaller quantities first, contact us with your brief — we assess flexibility based on the product and your requirements. There is no MOQ for samples.

Custom sampling takes 10–20 days from confirmation of your specification. Once the sample is approved and deposit received, bulk production takes 30–45 days for most styles (round brushes 35–50, boar bristle 40–60, complex styles or 20,000+ pcs about 60). If your design needs a new steel injection mould, allow 45+ days for tooling (from about US$6,000) — sampling begins after the mould is completed. We confirm the production and delivery schedule before any order proceeds.

Production is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), BRCGS (required for UK retail chains), amfori BSCI (social responsibility, required by European buyers) and GRS 4.0 (Global Recycled Standard for eco-conscious brands); 13 brush models also passed a RoHS test (report STC20260817028). Every bulk order ships with a pre-shipment inspection report, material safety data sheets and full packing documentation. Certificate copies are available on request at any stage of enquiry.
